Each home buyer is different, just as each home and home buying experience is different. I hone my services to fit you and your needs. Some home buyers are very well-informed, understand the intricacies of the market, and simply want me to open doors for them while others want me to be integrated into the whole home buying experience. I don’t have a cookie cutter set of home buying services that you need to fit into – I meld my services to what you need.
That being said, there are a set of principles that I hold to when working with a buyer:
- I take a strong advocate role when it comes to the offer and negotiations. I like to think of it as going into battle with full armor, armed with a very strong and compelling offer. I know what it takes to win for my buyers and I don’t mind elbowing my way to the front on your behalf. But just because I like to fight for you doesn’t mean I don’t work collaboratively with the other agent. In this business, great relationships is the key to getting my clients what they want and deserve.
- I am not afraid to get dirty. I have gone under homes with flashlights and knee pads. I have gone into attics. I have accompanied inspectors into places that haven’t seen the light of day in years. I want to make sure my buyers make a great investment decision and sometimes that means a little dirt and cobwebs.
- I am going to look at your chosen property from an investment perspective. I can’t help it. After almost 30 years in the financial services industry, counseling someone about their investments is second-nature. I want you to make a great lifestyle decision as well as a great investment decision.
- I am going to serve as your local expert. I have lived here for over 40 years. I have led hikes on trails throughout these hills and have a unique urban-suburban-rural-recreation perspective. There aren’t many places around here I haven’t been. I know a lot about how neighborhoods connect – both on and off the beaten path. I will share this information with you in the hopes it will expand your appreciation and knowledge about your new-found home.
I look forward to hearing more about your plans. Please reach out!
