Getting Your Home Ready to Sell

If you are thinking of selling in the next few weeks, or even months from now, there are things you should do to get your home into tip-top shape. Here is a list of the most common items that I check when getting a home ready to sell.

What to Expect When Buying

Each homebuyer is different, just as each home and homebuying experience is different. I hone my services to fit you and your needs. Some homebuyers are very well-informed, understand the intricacies of the market, and simply want me to open doors for them while others want me to be integrated into the whole homebuying experience. I don’t have a cookie cutter set of homebuying services that you need to fit into – I meld my services to what you need.

That being said, there are a set of principles that I hold to when working with a buyer.
